Message	I'm rather pleased with their rates as a "FSB" and very pleased with their willingness to expedite paperwork & checks. I also work with 2 Credit Unions (1 State and 1 Federal) as back ups. Rates usually just as good as USAA or better but their service(s) tend to suffer at times. Just my 2 cents.
